The Meat and Agricultural Industries are our passion. At Full Circle Butchery, we operate a fully accredited abattoir and processing facility located in Ayr, North Queensland. Our goal is to provide top quality products and services to our customers at an affordable price. We believe in taking a collaborative approach to promoting sustainable agriculture and working closely with our customers and clients to ensure the best possible outcome for all parties.
Services
Slaughter and Ageing
A humane and hygienic slaughtering process is critical in producing a great end product. All animals are treated with the utmost respect and processed in accordance with the highest standards of animal welfare. Carcasses are traditionally hung for dry ageing to ensure a tender and succulent array of meat products.

Once dressed and aged, carcasses can either be on-sold whole or processed further on site in our processing area.

We offer a slaughter service for Cattle, Pigs, Sheep and Goats for both large graziers and small farmers alike.


Processing and Wholesale
We offer a range of Processing services, from individual animals for farmers to Retail-Ready products for those wishing to market their own brands.
There are a wide variety of quality products that can be produced during the process of nose-to-tail butchery. We can provide you with a range of options for each part of the carcass from traditional steaks and roasts to modern value added cuts as well as mince and quality sausages.
All products are professionally packed and labelled for easy identification. We can even provide you with some great recipes and ideas for cooking some of the cuts that you don't see in the supermarkets!

We are in the business of providing solutions to our customers and are very flexible and diverse in our processes; we can create a customised processing service to suit individual requirements and welcome all enquires.

Full Circle Butchery also offers meat products for wholesale to businesses and the public, ranging from whole carcasses or primal cuts such as rumps or rib fillets to mince, sausages and value added products - even portion controlled steaks for your hotel or restaurant.

Our aim is to provide top of the line services at an affordable price. The meat and agriculture industries are our passion and we will always go over and above to provide value for money.
